All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways.
Mukti Crafts reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Mukti Crafts reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified in case of cancellations and eligible refunds will be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Mukti Crafts will not be liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are handmade, returns are accepted only in cases of defective or damaged items.
Customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery, with proper proof (photos/videos).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
